This project entailed completely renovating three floors of office space, totaling 48,000 square feet, for repeat customer, Roche Molecular System. Each floor now features open collaborative workstations, focus rooms, private/flex offices, meeting rooms, copy rooms, and kitchenette/break rooms for lunch and leisure. The offices feature state-of-the-art equipment including room scheduling and a Solartrac system. All three floors are filled with light and living walls to encourage flexibility and collaboration. Building 500 on Roche Molecular System's Branchburg campus houses their quality management department on the first floor, the second floor houses the IT department, and the third-floor houses HR/Legal/Finance Departments.
